"I went over the fence repairs with Alex Salazar, and he gave me a price for the work and materials of $500 cash. He arrived on time on Dec 14th and completed the repair, which took about 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I checked the work and complained that the gate he built was leaning. He came back on 12/18 and said that the fence post to which he had attached the gate was rotted at the bottom and would have to be replaced. I do not know why he did not notice this when he did the original repair?? Anyway, he said he will return tomorrow to replace the fence post to which the new gate is attached. This cost me an added fee, but he did show up on 12/24/21 and did the job, also installing a gate latch."

"We were totally elated with the excellent work that Total Home Repair, LLC did in designing and installing a wood casement trim around our kitchen skylight on our vaulted ceiling. Our skylight is recessed (45"x21"x 12") on a vaulted ceiling with dry wall along the sides. We wanted this area trimmed with wood that matched the existing wooden beams in the kitchen. Total Home Repair did exactly that and went way beyond our expectations! The wood trim stain color and design blends in well with the existing wooden beams in the kitchen and looks like it's been there since the house was built! This company is owned by a husband and wife team, Robert and Karen, who work very well together! They were not only perfectionists but were also professional, courteous, and detailed. Before they left, they cleaned the area of construction debris. We would definitely hire them again!"

"Fantastic job. Kyle has done other remodeling and repair jobs for us over the years. Several years ago, probably around 7-8 years ago, I called Kyle about replacing our 20 year old (maybe older?) roof. At that time, he said that the roof still had another 5 years or so of good out of it. When we developed a leak after our last big storm, he came and made a quick patch (for free) and gave us an estimate on a total replacement. He replaced our roof and everything was done very professionally and it turned out great. He even repaired a problem on our rafters at no additional cost (something that couldn't be seen at the time of the estimate for replacing the roof). Everything was cleaned up very nicely. We went with a metal roof instead of shingles and we love it. (He was even nice enough to have his workers dig out an old basketball goal that was by the driveway)"

Our "new" porch looks great! This company is busy, and we were informed that it would take a couple of months before they could get to us after we paid a deposit. There were a couple of minor or delays due to circumstances outside of their control, but they kept in touch with us and arrived when predicted. Their five person crew was personable, efficient, and hard-working. I have no hesitancy to recommend them."
