"CHS removed my old countertops in the kitchen. I wanted to keep my white tile back splash, but the "countertop company" wouldn't remove the old countertops unless I was replacing the back splash; damaging the tile was their concern. So, I hired CHS, and they did a beautiful job. They left my kitchen clean and ready for the new countertops and the tile didn't have a scratch. Due to a couple of measuring mistakes, the countertop company left a couple of places in a real mess. CHS came back and fixed the areas that were unacceptable. Again, CHS did a beautiful job. If the need arises, I will hire them again. CHS was timely, their work was accurate, and they left things very clean."

"Carpets came clean for the most part.  A couple of the high traffic areas still showed darker trails.  Could be that the tech missed these areas while pretreating, or the areas were pretreated and were too soiled to come clean.  (Carpets are old.)  
Technician was polite, on time, and finished in less than an hour.  Carpets dried quickly.  The best feature of this service was the absence of strong chemical odor.  Would hire again.  Next time I will ensure that all of the high traffic areas are pretreated.
