"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "Bart was true to his word on every part of the project. I was pouring an extension to my driveway and an RV pad. They stacked the forms for the extension just as I had requested but then had a suggestion to slightly widen the entrance to the extension to make it easier to turn onto it with the RV. Of course this would require a little more concrete and cost. They never tried to push this, but allowed me to consider it. I took their advise and am so glad that I did! It would have been much more difficult to back the RV in without that slight widening. Bart had an amazing foreman for this job who knew his stuff and had a really hard working crew. They gave me a day and time and were there as they promised and finished when they said they would. I would definitely contact Bart again for any additional concrete work."
