"R.I.A. was hired based on their Angi listing, Angi reviews, their website, the prejob interviews and estimate comparison with 3 other bids. Also they are right here in Clearwater, FL. The project was replacing rotten T1-11 wood panels on an upper right gable of my townhouse along with some cedar trim, fascia and soffit. I started out thinking of using fiber cement siding but I had to match exactly the materials on the other townhouses in the development. Because I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted to do Ivan had to come out twice to estimate the same job. Thank you Ivan for doing that. It paid off because I hired him. Once I gave the go ahead they didn't waste any time; the crew started work within about a week. I was concerned about some forecast rain damaging the brand new T1-11 panels so the crew worked around that and did the soffit and fascia first and the panels and trim the day after the rain (a little rain probably wouldn't have hurt the bare panels, but I got no argument from the R.I.A. crew; they ARE out to please the customer). I was concerned about the new wood panels lasting over time so they added some flashing that wasn't done by the last contractor and also shimmed the bottom of the panels up off of the roof line to my satisfaction. Even though they were not doing any painting they did do some caulking. The crew of two got a good start each of the two mornings, worked hard, efficiently (I don't think they took a lunch break) and knew what they were doing. Also I watched them do most of the work and the crew leader was a friendly guy. All the wood panels and trim pieces were fit in very nicely. They cleaned up as expected and I have no complaints. I would use them again. They did give the senior 5% discount and listed what is in their warranty. Working with this contractor was a good experience."

"The actual job was to install hurricane clips and replace old soffits and facia. RIA construction was reasonably priced, responsive, and were flexible with my time frame. The crew that did the job showed up as expected, were hardworking and did a great job. I would highly recommend them."

"Today was our big day in that our unrated (because of the year of manufacture) electrically controlled hurricane shutters which covered our big front window and the big front window, along with the dilapidated window sill were to be removed and the custom made/measured hurricane three section picture window to be installed along with a new window sill. Mr. Tom Sanders/Lead Technician and Mr. Michael Williams/Technician were the installation team from Morgan Exteriors who showed up to work at the time promised. While it took me a few minutes to get them to address me by my first name Mr. Sanders and Mr. Williams expertise was evident from the very beginning of their work. I knew this because Mr. Sanders first walked me through what was going to take place as per the agreed upon work order along with telling me that this work would be a two-step process. Phase I being done today (removal of the electronic hurricane shutters, the dilapidated windowsill, and the existing windows). Phase II will be accomplished next week which includes putting stucco on the window sill, replace the marble sill inside, fix the dry wall on the inside (very limited damage done during the removal process), and installation of the soffit area where the hurricane shutters were stored. Not only were Mr. Sanders and Mr. Williams the consummate professionals they were friendly and very informative. Mr. Sanders took the time to show me and explain what had taken place with our existing window sill and how close we came to possibly having a real problem on our hands as well as reassuring us that the installation was not affected negatively in any manner. Mr. Sanders and Mr. Williams worked well as a Team, the sounded like a Team (instead of Lead -to- Technician) in their verbal communications, stayed on task the entire time, and then cleaned up their work area so well that my wife commented on how clean they left the area inside and outside. Before leaving for the day, Mr. Sanders explained his write-up so as to ensure that Phase II will be done without any issues, gave us a copy of his write-up, explained the lifetime warranty, and then gave us an overview on the operations of the new picture window, what to watch out for in manipulating the outer windows that open and how to maintain the sliding section of the windows. Pictures were taken but the boss of the house said that we will attach Phase I and Phase II pictures upon completion of the project. Highly recommend Morgan Exteriors for any window replacement you may be thinking of."

"I can't say enough good things about Ridge Top Exterior! They recently installed a new front door for us, and the entire experience was fantastic. First and foremost, they were incredibly punctual. It's rare to find a contractor who actually shows up on time, but Ridge Top Exterior did just that. They were prompt, professional, and ready to get to work. Throughout the entire process, their communication was outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way, from the initial consultation to the final installation. They listened to our needs and provided valuable input, helping us choose the perfect door for our home. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start. When installation day arrived, the Ridge Top team was efficient and skilled. They worked diligently to ensure that everything was done to perfection. The end result? A stunning front door that not only enhances the curb appeal of our home but also provides added security and energy efficiency. But what truly impressed us was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result. They even followed up after the installation to address any questions or concerns we had. It's clear that Ridge Top Exterior takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. If you're in need of a new front door (or any exterior work, for that matter), look no further than Ridge Top Exterior. They are reliable, communicative, and deliver exceptional results. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services."

"Needed my front door replaced. My requirements were inexpensive and quick -- Lamont at 2nd2None provided both. He picked up the door from the store, showed up when he said he would, replaced the door, and moved the knob and lock from the old to the new. He was always responsive to calls or texts. Work was done quickly and adequately. He even hauled off the old door for me."
