"Calvin was absolutely terrific and built me a cart for the beach. From the balloon tires, to the structurally sound folding platform to ensure all my family's items make it back-n-forth to the beach, even through the soft sand. Cooler, 10'x10' canopy, and enough toys for our kids and whoever else is there, this folding cart has saved my appendages (arms from carrying & legs through the sand) this thing glides right across the sand, even with above listed items & a 70lb kid who is trying to either assist in my death or turn me into the worlds strongest man, lol. Anyways, whatever you need, this guy can do it, I have faith in him. He doesn't know it yet, but after seeing some of the pictures of his other products he makes, he's going to be making me and my family a kitchen table using epoxy resin!! I would most definitely recommend him for whatever project you have. He has a great attitude & work ethics, something you don't always see in today's world. I'll be seeing you soon for dimens"

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"H & Y Fence is a horrible company to do business with. On 4/8/21, I signed a contract with H & Y to remove and replace 6 fence panels surrounding a human waste lift station. H & Y wanted half the money upfront, which I paid them. On 6/29/21, their crew finally came and removed 6 four-foot by six-foot fence panels. They were supposed to reinstall them the next day, 6/30/21. Six weeks later, we are still waiting, and community residents have to look at the human waste lift station. H & Y are in breach of contract. When I call them, I am told someone will call me right back. No one ever does."

"Beware!! This company put a fence in for me and I'm not really impressed for the 1000's of dollars that I spent. I live out of state therefore wasn't there for install. Come to find out once in town that gate is messed up and will hardly open cause when they put hinge on they split the 4x4 therfore it's shifted. Also needed assistance after the hurricane with fixing fence. At first they said they would go check it out in 2 weeks.. The receptionist said they would reach out within 2 weeks. Waited a month and reached out to them again due to not hearing and again they said it would be a couple weeks. Again I never heard from them. Fast forward 2.5 months I called back again and Mr Bill got on the phone and said that he would be out and gave me a day he would be there. When I called to confirm the day they were supposed to be there they canceled.. Nothing but frustration has come from using this company.. so as stated before Beware Usually do not post negative reviews but this company is ridiculous.."
