"I had nature stone come to my home for a garage floor estimate.  Their price was more than double estimates from Rhino Flooring & Columbus Garage Floor Coating.  The product is beautiful but requires periodic re-sealing.  Re-sealing would require me to move everything out of my garage, which is not something I'm not interested in doing. <br /> Estimator also committed a monumental error when he offered me a substantial discount if I would sign a contract that day, which is always a red flag. <br /> Again, a beautiful product...but not the best for garages.  I felt the other two companies provided a better product at a better price. <br />"

"SQI came out as scheduled. Led by manager Dalton Montoney. The crew worked as one. The process was quitter than we anticipated. Our main concern was dust. Their vacuum system is second to none, dust control was not a concern. The process was explained step by step. Any question was answered respectfully. Our concrete floor looks incredible. If you want new looking floors done by a skilled, friendly, professional crew, that fits your budget. Give Dalton Montoney a call at SQI. They will take care of your project needs. "Even though problem not caused by EverStone, Rick (1 of owners) came over & screwed in metal plates over all the cracks then covered plates with tape & an adhesive. Next day 2 men came over & installed brand new floor. Following day they put a gloss over new floor - all at no cost to me even though floor wasn't under warranty & developed cracks because of concrete shifting. He also took photos & documented his work & sent to Waterproofing & concrete company. EverStone is an A+ company dedicated to customer satisfaction & standing behind their product. Don't go anywhere else for a stone floor. They are the best!!!"

FAQs for concrete floor coating apply projects in Tallmadge, OH

Epoxy flooring is a two-part coating made from synthetic resins and a hardener that bonds to concrete to create a continuous, durable surface. Once cured, the coating resists impacts, moisture, and most household chemicals, making it a practical choice for garages, basements, and workshops. It also creates a uniform, easy-to-clean finish that looks more polished than bare concrete without requiring ongoing waxes or sealers.

With proper care and maintenance, solvent-based and solid residential epoxy flooring can last 10 to 20 years, while water-based epoxy flooring lasts three to five years. Water-based epoxy is less durable, making it more susceptible to regular wear and tear. Commercial epoxy concrete flooring that experiences heavy foot traffic may only last two to three years.

Maintaining epoxy garage floors is relatively easy. You can sweep up dirt and debris with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, then use a mild cleaning solution intended for epoxy floors to scrub away stains. Avoid using soap-based or chemical cleaners. Mopping an epoxy garage floor regularly with warm water can do the trick.
