"My hot water heater broke down and Rick called me almost immediately after I submitted my request on Home Advisor on a Sunday. Said that he'd be out Monday afternoon, but arrived at my house early mid morning with 2 helpers. Simply outstanding experience! The stairs to my basement were "shaky" and Rick did not feel that they were safe to bring the new water heater in and the old one out. While the two other helpers were busy replacing the water heater, Rick worked the entire time to repair my stairs. And that was definitely needed! When he was almost finished, he was concerned that the repair job may not hold, so while his helpers were finishing the tank replacement, Rick went out and bought some long screws to secure the stair repair job!!! All at no extra charge! Also replaced the cold water input valve to the tank at no extra charge. He charged me what he quoted me upfront. If you need any kind of home repair/contract work done call Rick! Don't mess around and take a chance with your money and time! Great people and companies like this are hard to find. He did all building of the bar, flooring, installed lighting, wall coverings, electrical, plumbing, etc. His work and attention to detail are amazing. "After purchasing a tub, fixtures, flooring, etc and waiting over 3 months for the contractor that was recommended by a friend he finally told me he was not able to fit the job into his schedule. I got online that night, Friday March 4th 2022 and found Matt. I received a message from him the next day and on Monday, March 7 he showed up at exactly the time we scheduled. I was already impressed that he was punctual and after going over everything I wanted done he agreed to all my specifications including a closet the first contractor did not want to tackle and removing a soffit above the tub area, also part of the job the other contractor did not feel comfortable doing. The following Tuesday, March 15th Matt and his crew showed up, again at our specified time (so impressed!!) and did a complete demolition of the bathroom down to the studs. The entire job was finished in 4 days and three months later I am enjoying my bathroom and can't say enough about hot satisfied I am with the job. Matt was kind enough to check back with me over the past weekend and is planning to do a couple follow up touching up issues that we had talked about. On a personal note, I found him to be personable with my kind of sense of humor!"

"I remodeled the bathroom and the tub was left to do so the easiest way  was to refinish the tub instead of ripping it out and upsetting the tile work among other things. I haven't seen the work yet as im an out of state owner so I reserve the right to change feedback when I get to town.i was told its suppoed to be white and shiny and clean like my tub here in my apartment. lets hope so, im confident.
