So he gave me an honest inspection (free) for over an hour, suggested I have someone else do the repair work and even told me how much I should expect to pay with someone else. I've never met another contractor with such good business ethics. The only weak point (and it's a stretch) is that sometimes it takes him some time to get back to you. But to me, even that is a plus, because that means he's in such demand, and after meeting him, I can understand why."
