"I hired Mikalai to replace a patio screen door that was damaged from hurricane Milton. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and professional. He purchased the door for me, retrofitted the frame, and replaced all the door hardware. I showed him another interior bifold closet door that I wanted to get fixed at a future date and he went so far as to repair it and did not charge me for it. He cleaned up when he was done. When I told him that we could not row away the damaged patio door in the compactor because I would get fined, he offered to dispose it for only $20. He provided an invoice that did not include any surprise charges. I am very happy with my repair and have already talked with him about doing a future painting project for my condo. "Bill and his team really came through for us when we found out our two bathrooms had to be demolished due to structural damage in our crawl space from water leaks over the years. We live in an old wooden bungalow from the 1920s and were having a hard time finding a trustworthy and experienced contractor; who could repair all the structural damage under the bathroom floors and then complete the remodeling of the bathrooms. Bill and his team were able to finish both bathrooms on time and made sure all the work was completed the right way (they came out looking wonderful). Bill was able to pull all the permits with the city of Tampa and he was always there when we needed guidance when it came to design/functionality. In the end we also had Bill complete our kitchen backsplash, and install a new side door. His team can pretty much do anything you need around your house. They are very friendly, honest, and hard working. They will let you know the truth about what needs to be done and they will do the work the right way the first time. If you need anything done from small handyman jobs to building a new house, Bill and his team can do it for you. I would highly recommend him to anyone of my friends or family."
