"We had both the roof and the facia replaced. After three estimates, we chose Westchase Roofing based on their knowledge and professionalism, along with their competitive pricing that included a great warranty. Once we signed the contract, we were disappointed in the communication there after. We had to continually call them to receive updates on the progress. Our calls were mostly returned, but often at the 23rd hour. We are happy with the overall quality and speed with the roof replacement. We are very unhappy with the facia replacement. The facia boards we received were very poor quality. Though we continually tried to contact the company about the boards, there response was "to let them finish their job". They did not address or correct the poor quality of the boards. Currently we have facia that is wavy due to the varying widths of the boards. It has hand prints that were not washed off, so it looks dirty. The gutters have been replaced partially and what has been replaced does not look like what we originally had. We would recommend them for roof replacement. We would not recommend them for replacing facia."

"Simply Excellent Service! I was referred to contact Brent of B. Griffith Roofing by my father-in-law who has had two roofs replaced over the years using them. My job was not your typical tear-off and replace to say the least. I had a good amount of hidden damage that was covered up by a previous owner. I needed to go with an outfit that has the experience and track record to handle this level of job. Based on my meeting with Brent and his explanation of what they would be able to do to fix what was needed prior to replacement of the roof, as well as previous family experiences, I felt this was the outfit I needed to use. I received the proposal the following day, costs were clearly stated, including any additions if needed. Once I agreed to the proposal and provided the deposit, things moved very quickly, which I really appreciated. Within a week I had a permit on my door and a crew on my roof. They were very professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about the work, made sure I was happy with the finished product, and did a great job cleaning up. "From start to finish, Larry Miller Inc. was a pleasure to work with. Everyone there went above and beyond my expectations to get this work done. Larry, Franco and Frank Miller's work ethic was exceptional. They made sure to inspect the damage thoroughly and provide options to consider in their estimate. They also offered me a military discount as I am a disable veteran. Very nice people! The actual work was done by Curtis, who was very friendly and explained the work he was doing. He paid attention to every detail. He thoroughly pressure washed the roof before starting. There was wood rot from water that had gotten under the shingles because of improperly installed gutter guards. The wood was replaced, a new covering was installed and then everything was sealed. This took several days to get everything done right. He took photos along the way to show me how the work was progressing and then at the end so I could see the finished work, since I cannot get up on ladders. He even fixed an area of the roof that could have potential leaking from a pitch pan and a hole where an old TV antenna had been removed so that they would not cause water damage, even though this was not work that was planned nor included in the final price. I highly recommend this team of professionals. I will definitely call this company when I need to replace my main roof."

"Frank and his assistant Colby arrived promptly on schedule and inquired as to my concerns regarding roof leaks. Upon inspecting the 16 year old roof, they immediately and accurately identified multiple damaged areas and set about repairing one leak on the spot. As the more seriously damaged area required significantly more work, they agreed to return with the needed supplies to complete the job, which they did. As most homeowners, I have had many dealings with service providers over the years and seldom have I experienced the level of integrity and professionalism exhibited by this company. Frank advised me of the expected lifespan remaining in the roof and rather than try to sell me other than what was necessary, he did the repairs for a reasonable price in a timely manner. We have had some significant rain recently and the leaks are gone. Very relieved and pleased."

"Done in two days instead of the expected three.  The owner was on site at 5am the first day to make sure he could place the trash trailer in place as soon as we left for work, and was very approachable when questioned arose.  Weather delays were the only issue with regard to the crew showing up to do the work, but once they started they kept working until the job was done.  The end result was A BEAUTIFUL roof under which we feel very comfortable.  They even made sure there were no holes to allow squirrel access by blocking any they found.  We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace and/or repair their roof.

"I don't know what the problem is with Done Rite and Angie's List that resulted in Angie's fraud warning. All I can tell you is that I had an excellent experience. Called for an estimate and got a prompt response and an estimate. Negotiated a few things in the proposed contract and satisfactorily signed said contract. Asked for scheduling in mid November and was placed on schedule for said time. Actually, I could not have picked a worse date, since the first hurricane/tropical storm in 22 years in November struck in the middle of my scheduled week. Nonetheless, the crew, lead by a great crew leader Maggy (spelling ? ) showed up on Tuesday and completely removed my old roof. I previously had numerous leaks, which had resulted in a lot of stained and rotten plywood. I was concerned about being sure to replace all the plywood that was stained on the underside, as I was worried that at a later date when I sell the house, that someone would see the black water stained from inside the attic. The crew was very careful to inspect the underside of my plywood. I was most pleased with what they replaced. By 6 pm on the first night they had the underlayment applied. Then the storm hit and it rained hard for two days. To my amazement, I only had two minor leaks which Maggy fixed the morning of the second storm day. On the next clear day, they applied all the shingles and vents, as well as built up the flat roof so that it drained correctly and applied the flat roof covering. Then, they did an excellent job of cleaning my property. So, in essence, on a 3200 square foot (a/c space ) they did the reroofing in two full days. Amazing !! Cannot recommend them highly enough. Everybody I dealt with throughout the process was excellent and helpful."
