"We had both the roof and the facia replaced. After three estimates, we chose Westchase Roofing based on their knowledge and professionalism, along with their competitive pricing that included a great warranty. Once we signed the contract, we were disappointed in the communication there after. We had to continually call them to receive updates on the progress. Our calls were mostly returned, but often at the 23rd hour. We are happy with the overall quality and speed with the roof replacement. We are very unhappy with the facia replacement. The facia boards we received were very poor quality. Though we continually tried to contact the company about the boards, there response was "to let them finish their job". They did not address or correct the poor quality of the boards. Currently we have facia that is wavy due to the varying widths of the boards. It has hand prints that were not washed off, so it looks dirty. The gutters have been replaced partially and what has been replaced does not look like what we originally had. We would recommend them for roof replacement. We would not recommend them for replacing facia."

Jason Smith was my project manager and he was knowledgeable, great with communicating before and during the repair when I had more questions, and very professional. "From start to finish, Larry Miller Inc. was a pleasure to work with. Everyone there went above and beyond my expectations to get this work done. Larry, Franco and Frank Miller's work ethic was exceptional. They made sure to inspect the damage thoroughly and provide options to consider in their estimate. They also offered me a military discount as I am a disable veteran. Very nice people! The actual work was done by Curtis, who was very friendly and explained the work he was doing. He paid attention to every detail. He thoroughly pressure washed the roof before starting. There was wood rot from water that had gotten under the shingles because of improperly installed gutter guards. The wood was replaced, a new covering was installed and then everything was sealed. This took several days to get everything done right. He took photos along the way to show me how the work was progressing and then at the end so I could see the finished work, since I cannot get up on ladders. He even fixed an area of the roof that could have potential leaking from a pitch pan and a hole where an old TV antenna had been removed so that they would not cause water damage, even though this was not work that was planned nor included in the final price. I highly recommend this team of professionals. I will definitely call this company when I need to replace my main roof."

"Frank and his assistant Colby arrived promptly on schedule and inquired as to my concerns regarding roof leaks. Upon inspecting the 16 year old roof, they immediately and accurately identified multiple damaged areas and set about repairing one leak on the spot. As the more seriously damaged area required significantly more work, they agreed to return with the needed supplies to complete the job, which they did. As most homeowners, I have had many dealings with service providers over the years and seldom have I experienced the level of integrity and professionalism exhibited by this company. Frank advised me of the expected lifespan remaining in the roof and rather than try to sell me other than what was necessary, he did the repairs for a reasonable price in a timely manner. We have had some significant rain recently and the leaks are gone. Very relieved and pleased."

"Done in two days instead of the expected three.  The owner was on site at 5am the first day to make sure he could place the trash trailer in place as soon as we left for work, and was very approachable when questioned arose.  Weather delays were the only issue with regard to the crew showing up to do the work, but once they started they kept working until the job was done.  The end result was A BEAUTIFUL roof under which we feel very comfortable.  They even made sure there were no holes to allow squirrel access by blocking any they found.  We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace and/or repair their roof.
