Featured Review

"The job involved replacing two skylights that were leaking. Communication, work quality and post-installation repairs could have been better. Initial estimate and scheduling went well. Right before the installation, they checked their inventory and had only 1 skylight in good condition and had to delay the installation. Skylights were on back order from Houston which pushed back the installation by approximately 2 months (partially caused by hurricane Harvey). After installation, I had a concern about the installation and two leaks after a heavy rain with new ceiling staining. It took many phone calls and emails to get them to respond. They never offered any assistance for the new ceiling staining caused by their leaks. Some of the post-assembly response issues may have been due to the after-effects of hurricane Irma but it should have been handled better. After several weeks, the leaks were fixed. After 6 months, the skylights are functioning well and I like the low noise of the impact resistance glass. "
