"We hired this company to paint our home interior and tp repair area of our walls and ceilings where the tape had separated from the drywall. Seemed very personal and knowledgeable but as the job progressed, we realized that the experience level was not satisfactory. Mr. Salvador assured us that he would make the repairs needed. He made excuses for why he couldn?t repair the areas that we asked him to repair. He missed painting specific areas and got paint all over areas that should not have been painted, moldings, pot lights, etc. They didn?t double edge before painting and some areas didn?t have enough paint to cover the color that was there before they began painting. We ended up paying him and reflected that we were glad it was over. Then, we repainted and re-edged most of the areas that he painted. They left paint splatters on our hardwood floors and cabinets and didn?t clean up afterwards as they said they would do. We would never hire this business again. "

"Our house is finished with a Drvit Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS). We needed a company to repair cracks and bulging in the exterior walls. We got several estimates - E.M.Texture was very competitive. What impressed us most was how patient and transparent Rob was. He explained what needed to be done and provided several alternatives depending on the scope of the work. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The crew was very prompt, professional and courteous. They cleaned the work area every evening. The finished product looks terrific. I can't over emphasize how terrific E.M. Texture was to work with. "Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
