"The personnel was courteous, nice, and did its job with diligence, but I think there is a problem is with their cleaning system. They put some detergent and a machine is fluffing the carpet. If the carpet is so and so, in the end it will look cleanish, but all the dust, dirt, and the newly added detergent are left in for you to beath in."

"Kris did an excellent job. He was prompt, professional, friendly and thorough. I had two other contractors look at the work and they said the runs (2 runs, 4and quot; each) could not be repaired and the carpet had to be replaced. I was amazed that Kris could fix the runs so well that they are not even noticeable. The restretching makes the carpet look new again. It would have cost thousands of dollars to replace this much carpet. I was lucky to find Kris and learn that it was possible to repair, rather than replace, the carpet. I highly recommend him. <br />"

"They were very good. I had my carpet cleaned about a year before and they had not been able to get the stains out. He was able to get the stains out. I called him and he was able to get me right on schedule. He came out and he was very professional. It didn't take him a long time. It was really good and it dry easily. He really did a good job. I really like this company."
