GEN-X Renovations is a family owned company dealing exclusively with bathroom renovations of any kind. They are installers used by companies to install their products. They are a stand alone company doing bathroom renovations directly byy contract. They are very prof, do superb work, and give excellent suggestions when needed. They DO NOT price gauge like other well known companies tend to do. They are upfront with everything you inquire about and tell you the pros and cons of any project. They sell you the very best within your price range and do not try to get you to consider a project out of your budget. They are not HIGH PRESSURE sales people. I couldn't ask for a better company to do my much needed renovations. I highly recommend them and will submit pictures when the project is completed."

I had a stopped up drain that was making my whole house back up and vortex plumbing was the first recommendation from a friend of mine so I called them up. They answered quickly and were able to schedule me the same day! Michael and Trey came out and very quickly figured out what was going on and showed me with their fancy camera screen exactly where the problem was at. They gave me multiple solutions on fixing my problem which is so nice to have options that fit my budget! I now have a whole new drainage system from under my house all the way to the city thanks to vortex plumbing tunneling under my house and replacing everything without having to bust any concrete! "Tim and his crew did an EXCELLENT job. I had a wall between my kitchen and living room that they removed which gave me an open concept living area. They had to install a beam as the wall they removed was a load bearing wall. When they put everything back together it looked awesome. All of the crown molding was re- installed correctly and light switches and wall plugs were installed in new locations due to walls being removed. Tim also had to work some magic with the tile where the wall was removed as I didn't have enough extra tires to do the job completely and the flooring stores no longer carry my tile pattern. I also had Tim install a real shower. My original shower was fiberglass and the bottom had cracked. So he built a new shower. I'm not a good color coordinator so I had Tim pick out everything for the shower so that it would blend in with the rest of the bathroom colors and floor tiles. He did an awesome job and has wonderful taste. I love how particular Tim is about his work and because of that trait it shows in the work that he does. I will hire Tim whenever I need any work done at my house. He truly is an awesome craftsman."
