"Lansa Works were very professional and did a great job installing our laminate floors. We love our new floors."

"I can’t say enough about the excellence of this business, its owner, Walter, and his staff. After so many bad experiences, I was nervous about lack of knowledge, shortcuts, etc., so I kept a close eye on things. It soon became obvious that the level of professionalism was something I had not encountered before. Walter Is knowledgeable, careful, detail- as well as overall project-oriented, truly a professional. The whole staff is trustworthy and caring—not to mention that they are fun to work with! I highly recommend this company and have already initiated another project with them."

"Overall it went well. We had a few date/day changes that worked out though I stress when I need to adjust my work schedule. I work full time and have learned that I need to be on -site when work is done by independents. I also have 3 dogs that need to be managed. As a widowed and single older person, I feel a bit more protective of my space and security both during and in the future. Phillip is quite Jovial - nice 'good ol boy' affect from Texas. Very casual. I went ahead and had the work done on outside Gazebo (More an open Ramada) that got attached to existing structure so we'll see how that goes. I prefer more detailed specifications on the build. I won't use him for additional structures attached to my home until I'm retired. I could attached a photo if my son helps me but not at this time. Want to say he di modify the slatting on top to preserve existing vines as requested. Very Happy about that spec. treatment."

"I like the service, they were very helpful. I would use the service again and I would recommend them."

"Showed up right on time. Did a great job. I will use him again next time I need the driveway cleared."

"I have worked with Elmer Young for about 20 years. He rebuilt and remodeled our main house in Tesuque in several stages, and also worked to remodel a property in Denver. He completed many phases including structural rebuilding about 2/3 of our house, addition of bathrooms, new kitchen, new portals, and complete reroofing of a living room and kitchen area. Elmer installed hardwood flooring, stone tile flooring, an insert fireplace, and other features. Elmer worked with me directly. Our motto was. What I could conceive, he could achieve. Because we worked on an existing house, with my wife and I live in it through the construction, it was important to schedule work, to bring different stages to completion before undertaking other stages. He is an excellent craftsman and is fully knowledgeable about all housing systems."
