"Adam and his team are outstanding. We built in two stages, adding a basement bathroom, removed a wall and all tge finishing work that goes with it! This was done beautifully! Six months later I had a full addition ( in law apartment) full basement with high ceilings, and tge main house is stunning! It doesn’t feel like an in-law apartment, cathedral ceiling, giant bathroom, all the comforts of home Adam was quick to respond to all my concerns, he always answered his phone and if I didn’t like something he was quick to fix it. I would highly recommend Liberty construction- you won’t be disappointed!"

"To be fully honest, at first I was a little skeptical, as I am with most contractors, but they came in on time, were very clean, and were punctual about the things I asked for and needed done. The crew was efficient and the work was done correctly. They even helped and built my elderly neighbor a garage bathroom after seeing the work at my house. I definitely will have them back to build my ADU for my in-laws."

"Nice owner, hack job crew. Hired to replace siding and trim. Manager of the project was fired a few times during work and it really shows. So many small details are either unfinished or poorly done. Amateur cuts on the trim left gaps and old trim was not prep for paint or just left unpainted. They also smeared silicone to cover screws on the front face of the shingles, the whole house looks like it's covered in bird droppings. Plus they also damaged the roof and electrical boxes. Who knows what other things they skipped on, left me with a time bomb of problems that will takes years to show. I would not recommend. "

This was not a simple refresh — it involved removing an existing hot tub, renovating a cabana, reworking the deck framing to convert it into a single-level deck, installing a new staircase, and adding a cable rail system. Every aspect of the project was approached with precision and care, and the finished product is without flaw. They were easy to work with from start to finish, handling decisions and mid-project modifications thoughtfully and professionally. The whole crew was consistently approachable and friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. Daily cleanup was always done well, which we especially appreciated since we had a puppy at the time. "Dave and Kim came highly recommended by our architect and built a life changing in-law addition to our home and also took on some much needed renovations in our existing home. I'm writing this a year after the work was completed and could not be happier. The quality of the work was great and Dave and Kim kept every promise that was made. I also feel that the trustworthiness of any vendor or contractor can especially be measured when something goes wrong. While it was rare, we had a couple understandable miscommunications along the way. They were extremely fair with how these were handled. Construction costs are so high that it feels really good to still feel like it was money well spent. We also looked at other reputable contractors in the area and found their prices to be competitive. The contractors they worked !with also showed up when they said they would and were polite. Overall it was a really positive experience."
