Told me right away that they would have another water heater in place the next day. Gave me a totally reasonable quote I didn’t hesitate at all. They were here at 8:00am by 3:00PM (one glitch because it was installed in my mobile home the first water heater didn’t fit it was to wide) but no problem they got another new water heater within an hour to my home now my new water heater is installed and working exactly like they said they would. I could not say enough about how professional all the plumbers I talked to were!! "The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."

"We used Mike twice in the past three years. First visit was for leaking pipes in the basement and for a bath faucet that wouldn't shut off. He replaced the inbound water link with PEX for about 10 feet. He also replaced the internal mechanism in the shower. Both were done within a few hours. Mike agreed to meet on my schedule which was in the early evening to assess the situation. He's punctual, professional and tells you what you need/don't need with a repair. The second call was for an emergency leak in t ceiling. He cut out a small section, located and repaired the leak. The work is top notch and he make sure everything is cleaned up nicely. He also answered all questions I had and gave advice about watch to watch for since it's a 40 year old house and the copper may be thinner and lower quality. "The person who came was pleasant and very efficient. He warned me that the kitchen faucet was going to continue to be a problem and that I would need to replace the faucet. Since it's not very old, that was not happy news and his prediction has come true, it has come loose and begun to leak again. I found the cost high, but I think that plumbers are very expensive and I don't feel qualified to say that it was unreasonable for the work that was done."
