The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! "Robert was prompt returning my inquiry about our leaking roof, and we set an appointment for him to inspect. Again prompt to our appointment he suggested solutions and was fair and honest in his evaluation. We agreed to go forward. "Mr. Parks called me. We set a time to meet. He arrived on time. He went to my roof,took photos of areas that needed repair. He said he could do the work that day. He gave a reasonable price and I gave him the go ahead. The job was completed in about 2 hrs. Mr. Parks showed me pictures of the finished roof repairs and the entire roof coating with sealant. Mr. Parks cleaned up and carted away all debris. Very excellent work."

"Hired them to put a sealant on my metal awning roof on my back porch. They came and were proficient at doing the job and promised that if there were any leaks, they would come back and correct them. I had a couple leaks about a month after they came back and applied some tape on the underside to stop the leaks. This did not work so I called them again and asked them to come back to fix the leak I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks. They promised to come this week, but I have not heard from them. I realize they are busy, but I’m tired of having stuff wet on my back porch and that’s why I had this Done. It would be nice if they could give me a date and time when they could be here as I am leaving to go out of town on the 15th of this month."

"My experience with Universal Roofing & Construction Group was very good. They are very nice people to work with. The owner and his son were on to the job quite often and whenever we pointed out a concern or a problem with their workers, they corrected it. We had few little issues regarding them covering some rotten wood, which was discovered. They came back immediately, supervised here while the job was going on, called the guys who did and corrected it. They not only placed the roof but they also did some new reconstruction and redesigned two low parts or sections of the roof. I will recommend them and tell everyone that this is one company they can use. My husband went there quite often and he just felt they were very attentive. We also had a subcontractor doing some other stuff for us and he kept an eye open too, since my husband couldn't be there during the project. There were some subcontractors who were not always here when they said they going to be. I hope we won't be using them again but if required I will use them again in the future."
