"The windows are beautiful! It’s so nice to be able to see out the windows and to be able to open & close them (the previous windows were jalousies from 1959). They also replaced the front doors of each unit because they were installed incorrectly by a different company (they opened “in” instead of “out” which is not hurricane impact protection correct). The workers were professional, hard working, courteous & respectful and did a very good job!"

"Installation was completed about 90 days from signing contract. There was not a lot of communication from the company. I never knew when or if they would be doing work on the house. When I would try and call I would get a recording or a receptionist that didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on. When I would ask to have someone call me and let me know what was happening, many times I wouldn't get a call back. I finally had to locate the main office and drive down there. It took awhile to find, because there was no sign, and it was in with some other businesses. It was stressful to say the least. They really should put their customers at ease, and tell them what they can expect, instead of avoiding them. In the end, I had a nice roof, but I also had to repair soffits that they tore up while replacing facia.
