"Josh was very thorough and willing to clean additional rugs on the fly as we realized we needed more things cleaned. We liked him so much that we asked him to return a couple weeks later to clean another carpet for us. Josh was extremely polite. We would definitely recommend and hire him again."

I started my own company a few years ago after acquiring a passion through construction management. I’ve always had a lot of drive and motivation working hard and supporting my kids. There future has always been my first priority. My operations are currently based out of Somerset, Wisconsin and will travel anywhere to meet my clients needs. I specialize in bathroom remodels and custom tiling, but I am a very good handyman and will tackle anything if I feel I can do it, cost-effectively, correctly, and the finish product is up to par. There is tons of companies out there that do what I do, but was separates me from others is I am not chasing money nor profit. I am chasing quality over quantity and putting my customers needs first.

"It went great. Justin (the owner) sent out Jake and Kyle to do a patch job for free and had started to do it when we talked with them about their opinions about the job. They said they would do the job for free, but it might look a bit patchy when complete as it would be difficult to match the previous epoxy color. They talked us into redoing the entire floor for a small part of the actual cost. Jake and Kyle were extremely friendly and professional. Plus, they did a great job. The job site was extremely clean. I would definitely use them again if needed."

"Overall, my experience with Stanley Steemer was good. I had a coupon for 20% off the entire job so the price was good. Scheduling was easy on-line. They showed up during the specified window. The technician was very personable. Tried hard to upsell me on Scotchguard protection, etc. He went to work and was quite efficient. He had to redo one area where a spot had not come out but was able to remove it. By evening, a small portion of my bedroom carpet had turned brown. The next day I called the office and they set an appointment for someone to come back out. The appointment was set for 2 days later, which was fine. The technician was unsure of why the brown had occurred, but treated it and recleaned it. It looked okay while it was wet. Later when the carpet dried, the brown came back. I called the office again and they told me that a supervisor would call me back in about 2 days. It shouldn't take 2 days for a supervisor to call a customer back about a problem. I didn't received a call until late in the 2nd day. I was driving and was not able to answer the phone but did call back right away. I got voice mail and left a message. The next day--nothing. I called the supervisor's number and left a message. Day 2--again nothing. I left another message. On day 3 after I hadn't received a call, I called the local number again. The person told me they could have someone come out again with a supervisor--but not for a week because they were "too busy." A company should never be "too busy" to take care of a problem they've caused for a customer. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to a supervisor. He agreed to come out in 2 days' time. A supervisor did come out, retreated the area and cleaned again and this time the brown has not come back. I was very disappointed in how hard I had to work to get someone to take care of the problem they caused. While they were all very polite, a company should never make a customer wait days and weeks before it gets around to resolving a problem."
