"I asked for an estimate to clean, seal and grout  bathroom floors and shower tiles and to refurbish the kitchen countertops and a marble table.   We also had an issue with other stone on the exterior.  The estimator was very professional and honest about what he was comfortable with doing and what he was not.  I applaud that since many will just say they can do anything to get the business.  He was very professional and courteous.  The first day he was to come by he did not come.  He called later to say he got delayed and asked to come the next morning.  The fact he did  not call until later while I waited for him is why I gave him a B.  When he did show up the next morning, he was right on time.  He left saying he would come back that afternoon to do a test on a couple of areas but he never called or came back.  I think because he was not comfortable doing some of the job we required, it made the overall job too small. In which case, he should just have told me.  The fact he never came back or called is why I gave the company a C.  Otherwise, they could have gotten a higher grade. Since he never returned or called, I also never received the estimate I requested even for the things he was comfortable doing. 

So my experience is very limited and I cannot speak to their quality of work.  But I will not call them again."

"LG's men were prompt and professional. They demo'd and removed the old tub and installed a new pan and ceramic tile on the new shower walls and ceramic on the floors. The they took out the old carpet and old vinyl and hauled it away. They installed our new carpet and kitchen and laundry vinyl. We were pleased with the great workmanship, timely installation and fair price that the LG crew provided."
