"I found Brian Devey through a neighbor of mine that had a project done and he couldn't say enough good things about his work. I knew what the costs were going to be before the work was started and there were no surprises. Brian showed up when he said he was going to and his subcontractors showed up on time and on schedule. My project was extensive. It included a basement addition, which was to be my new laundry room, with a ground floor wall pushed out half the width of the new basement which meant I needed a heavy-duty steel beam for the new wall to sit on with concrete covering the rest and a deck on top of that. The next phase was a wraparound covered deck, new windows, new siding, new roof, and a custom kitchen. We also tore out an interior wall to make a kitchen great room. Brian handled all the permits and the appropriate inspections. I didn't have to do a thing, except pick the colors, which wasn't an easy task. He even helped me with that. We are very happy with the results."

"Stay away if you need any tiling done with your project. We used MGPro Homes for a bathroom remodel. The overall work was fair (drywall, painting), but the tile work was awful. I had to request they replace some poorly laid shower wall and bathroom floor tile. Then after they **finished** the job and I realized there was more really bad tile work that needed to be fixed. Alex refused to fix it (you should not have a **pot hole** in your tile work). To be fair, I had not paid him the full amount and he let me keep what I owed him, which I had to use to pay another tiler to fix the bad work (which was not easy!) In reality the entire floor should have been replaced but I did not want to rip out the vanity and plumbing to do this. Before laying the bathroom floor I let Alex know I was concerned about making sure the marble flooring was not scratched up which he assured me would not happen. But in the end, the marble was very scratched up and no longer looked polished. You can see the difference in the area that was replaced. You could say, well, his guys just are not great with a tile mosaic, but the shower wall tile was a 6in x18in tile and it was also put in wonky. In addition, he put in the wrong color schluter (I asked for white and got SILVER) on the shower wall edges (and he said it could not be fixed) and then used schluter as the flooring threshold! I was shocked. (We had not yet spoken about the threshold and did not think there was a need to because there was more time before they would do the floor, but surprise, they work super fast and sloppy and slapped a whole bunch of tile work in in one day!). I consistently asked him to call or text if he had questions for me and this rarely happened. He just does what he wants. And finally, he never did install the shower fixture correctly. The shower head would not stop dripping. Alex kept saying the parts were defective, even after getting replacement parts. I finally had my husband flush the lines and reinstall everything and it works perfectly. So what am I saying here? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

"We had two great guys from West Shore, Weston and Dylan, come to install a new front door in April 2025. First of all, they were great to work with—pleasant, professional, friendly—just great to work with. They made sure my husband and I both knew what to expect as they worked on the door and encouraged us to ask questions as need be. They also worked well together and did amazing work on our project. It was very sturdy, worked well and looked incredible. Weston and Dylan were so supportive of the bold color choice we made, yellow, and said they thought it looked really good. They meant it too. They were great as neighbors came by to see the new door too! Everyone really liked it! Good PR for the company. "Chris Trease, who did the estimate, helped select the tile, and get everything started was great. Once the project was handed off, though it went downhill. The day the tile was supposed to be delivered, I waited for 3 hours and no delivery. When I called them, they said that the tile was back ordered and I needed to pick a different tile but no one bothered to tell me. So, I picked a new tile. The next day the installer showed up but there was no materials. I called and left messages and finally got a response that the delivery would come later and the installer was supposed to just start demolition on the existing floor. Again, no one bothered to update me or the installer. Overall, the communication from Amy (the project manager) was awful. The only way I could get a response from her after leaving multiple messages was to finally reach out to Chris to get her to respond. The installer was condescending and did a terrible job putting the molding back on. Would not hire again. "
