I was received prompt email and text message reminders, and the service tech was actually able to meet earlier than the original time (with advance discussion by phone). "They were good. They were a little bit slow but they did come and do the work. We thought it was going to be roof repair and it turned out they just cleaned the gutters and did some minor stuff to the $200 so we were a little disappointed with that. We enlisted him and he did some major repairs on our roof so it was good to get him here and good to get him up there. We used that $149 but we also paid him an extra $1300 to repair the roof, he ended up making a lot of money out of this. We had to call him 3 times, he came out finally in the end of August. They were very nice and when he came, he brought a crew with him, and they were quick and efficient so it was good. We would probably use them again because it's hard to get up on the roof."
