"Ran camera in 6â tile sewer line from basement to sewer main. Excavated small area of basement concrete to remove circa 1924 leaking tile sewer stack. Ran new PVC sewer stack, tied in existing house lines to new stack and tied back in to 6â tile sewer line. Poured new concrete to cover new PVC sewer line section and tie-in. Removed all debris and swept area. Sewer line work completed in one day. Very professional job that was well planned and executed. Extremely satisfied with work performed and would highly recommend this company. Dustin, Richard and Wayne were polite, personable and very skilled. "I have 3 grandkids staying with me an the main sewer line got clogged. They tried to reach it with snake but couldnâ  t get to it. Had tech call the office an person in office said it would take a day or 2. However when I explained I had kids 12 ,10, an 4 they worked schedule their schedule around sn showed up 900 am the next morning. By 230 I could flush toilets an everything worked great. "I first called Paul Richardson on Thursday 03/21/2018 to get an estimate on clearing and possibly replacing some sewer lines in my house I recently purchased after I noticed that my garage was being flooded by sewage. I spoke with Jennifer who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She called me back later that day to confirm that Paul would be able to come out the next day to be able to fix the problem. I elected to have the camera brought out to get a better idea of what was going on. As Paul will tell you, it really takes the guess work out of issues like this. It was definitely worth it. Come to find out, the line that ran from outside my house to the city sewer had a belly in one area and was collapsed in another. Within a few hours, Paul and his partner had the the old line out and replaced with a new one. Without Paul, I would have had to wait until Monday for other companies I called. Not a ideal situation when you cant shower or run any water without fear of your garage flooding with sewage. Almost a month later, I have had no issues with my plumbing. I will definitely be calling Paul in the near future to take care of some extra jobs around the house."

"Exceptional service. We are very grateful that he includes Hinton as one of the areas he serves. He showed up when he said he would and worked late into the night on a Saturday to replace a broken water main that had been damaged during the ice storm. The repair required digging under concrete and dealing with a difficult main line situation, but he hustled the entire time and worked efficiently to restore our water. He returned Sunday morning to finish everything up and made sure the repair was completed properly. What really stood out was his work ethic and dedication to getting the job done right. He communicated clearly, stayed focused, and worked through the weekend until everything was resolved. "Hired the company via HomeAdvisor. They were personal and prompt. They fixed a sewer lift issue that Mullen could not do after a lot of money without fixing the problem in two attempts. Wilson, on the other hand did the same job in a quarter of the time for less money! Do pay for something twice when you can do it right the first time. Call Wilson Mechanical services."

"Josh in a professional. He made sure that everything was just right before he was done. He bought and installed an electrical transfer switch for me so that when the power goes down, I can just switch over to my generator and power up the whole house. We checked it all out with the generator running and it checked out perfectly. Not only can I connect the generator to the house, but if I decide to get a bigger generator, Iâ m set up to just plug it into the house. I have some other electrical projects that need need to be done and I will definitely call Josh. I recommend Josh for any electrical projects or problems."

"Diagnosis and repair required a second trip, since repairing the toilet seal didn’t work; the leak was worse than we thought. No shoe covers, so the rug was a mess when he left, but the work itself was completed efficiently and well."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
