"I first called Paul Richardson on Thursday 03/21/2018 to get an estimate on clearing and possibly replacing some sewer lines in my house I recently purchased after I noticed that my garage was being flooded by sewage. I spoke with Jennifer who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She called me back later that day to confirm that Paul would be able to come out the next day to be able to fix the problem. I elected to have the camera brought out to get a better idea of what was going on. As Paul will tell you, it really takes the guess work out of issues like this. It was definitely worth it. Come to find out, the line that ran from outside my house to the city sewer had a belly in one area and was collapsed in another. Within a few hours, Paul and his partner had the the old line out and replaced with a new one. Without Paul, I would have had to wait until Monday for other companies I called. Not a ideal situation when you cant shower or run any water without fear of your garage flooding with sewage. Almost a month later, I have had no issues with my plumbing. I will definitely be calling Paul in the near future to take care of some extra jobs around the house."
