"I bought a Big Deal from Shea Electric and had to postpone it for awhile because I unexpectedly had to be out of town. Kevin Shea was very understanding. I have used his company several times before and have always been pleased. This time I had several dimmer switches replaced with newer designs and two GFI outlets in bathrooms installed to replace ordinary outlets. Also had a broken light bulb removed (broke off at screw cap) from a high ceiling light and a new bulb installed and the light redirected. Punctual. Done quickly. Left all areas clean. Another great experience! He is my go-to electrician!

"They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
