"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"We were impressed with Jason’s presentation of the Mitsubishi system, and we really appreciated learning about the HERO program from him. We got a good estimate, ate for the work but were planning to do our roof repair first with adding solar and thought we would do this job after. Things worked out with that Jason got our work scheduled and done BEFORE the roof/solar which worked out because in Sept/Oct we still had some hot days, Thie crew was professional and extremely hard working, and poor guys, in hot weather, sweating in our attic/crawl space. Which they left with improvements! The system was up and running (2 downstairs units, 4 upstairs) in 6 working days. After a week we did have a problem, nothing worked and they came out promptly to troubleshoot, ordered new circuit board and installed as soon as it arrived. Been running fine since then, and this is also heating so I am looking forward to heating with solar instead of gas."

"Delay in having the simple part to repair for 4 days"

"Ehly Renales was very pleasant and professional. He gave a clear estimate and we discussed repair of AC unit versus replacement. I decided with repair. He finished the job in 1 hour and AC was working. Also, he was very respectful about wearing shoe coverings when he entered our home and he also wore PPE(to protect himself and my family because of Covid-19 pandemic). In short, I definitely recommend this company and Ehly for AC repair"

"Amazing service with this company. I hired them in an emergency of my water heater and they out beat all these companies that came out and gave me an estimate super kind employees and did it in a timely manner."

"Everything was fine, except I needed a new filter. I did not buy the filter from them because I thought the price was too high. I choose to buy what I needed at a store that sell heater filters."

"The service was fine. They did a good job. The water heater they installed needed service that was under warranty. I would not buy that same brand again."

"Jesse & his father did a beautiful job. I contacted them last minute and they were able to come by and fix my clogged sink. Very friendly, I HIGHLY recommend this company!"
