We took a few days to do further research and decided this was the company that met our needs. We placed our order and in a few weeks the windows were installed by a fantastic crew. "At our original meeting when Tom Saner entered our home he immediately handed me his business card, a list of references and had a large three ring binder with photos of completed projects. Instead of just emailing his bid, he returned to our home with his estimate and drawings of the design, photos of faucets, tub, and toilet. When the project started the first thing they did was cover all our furniture in the master bedroom with large sheets of plastic. Drop cloths were placed on the stairs and the bedroom floor every morning and rolled up every night when they finished for the day. They showed up on time every morning, and cleaned up before they left every night. We replaced the tub, toilet, shower, vanity top, sinks, faucets, mirrors, lights, had the walls and ceiling painted and had extra outlets added by the vanity. I couldn't be more pleased with how the bathroom looks! I have already recommended Jim Saner's company to two of my friends that want to remodel their master bathrooms."

"Excellent. Couldn't be more pleased! Chuck worked with my insurance company to get all siding replaced along with guttering, etc. on the side of the house the tree fell into. In addition he painted the front of my house and the trim (no siding on the front) and the concrete foundation up to where it met the siding on the remaining sides of the house. Chuck is very meticulous and has high standards. He takes pride in his work. He is honest and fair, and made sure I was satisfied with the work being done as it was being done. This was a big job and it was completed in a timely manner. I do highly recommend this man and his company."

"The job was a bit expensive, but it's not a small house, though a neighbor is getting their house done by someone else for $1000 less. The house and trim look good, until you get really close. House color on trim edges that should be a different color. All over spray wasn't cleaned up well, no masking was done. Lots of paint on the driveway, in the grass and on the upper deck. Areas in the yard where brushes and equipment were cleaned, or where paint was spilled are now dead, I will have to reseed those areas when it gets cooler. For the most part we are satisfied, but attention to detail was lacking."

"Everything went well. They got our input along the way with details such as whether we wanted to grout the tile and what color. There were special limitations on what tile we could use in our sunroom and they made sure the instruct us on what we needed to get. They were very precise and professional when laying the tile to ensure straight lines. The arch in our kitchen looked better after they were done then before it got damaged by water. The trim around our front door is curved with stucco next to it. We were worried the stucco would get damaged but there were not problems and it looked great. The price was reasonable, the job was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. We've already hired them to do additional work and have recommended them to some friends."
