I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"We had quite a few sections of siding, fascia, and a short section of gutter that came off during a rough winter storm. I contacted a few local companies and none of them would do the work unless it was a total replacement. Summit came out and assessed the issue and a few days later were back out to do the repair work. This wasn't amateur hour, they did a teardown/reinstall of sections on the sides of the house where the siding came off and it has held through worse storms since. Same with the gutter, chimney flashing, and fascia - all better than when the house was built. Excellent work, highly recommended!"

"Anthony Daly did an exceptional job! My home looks amazing. His crew is very hard working and would always stop and take the time to answer questions. Anthony was very responsive and when capping and siding was removed and odd previous construction was uncovered he would be back at my home working with his crew and would bring other contractors to make sure the issue was fixed and everything was applied correctly. The siding company I hired over promised so I could not longer use them. Anthony was very flexible to expand the project to also stucco my garage and family room-addition. After a hard rain, I discovered that one of the leaks was not fixed. He came back to home with another contractor and with the hose in hand found the leak in the brick (not his stucco) and they fixed it. Very responsive, professional and dependable. "We are very pleased with the work that Joe, Mike and Anthony did in replacing our deck railings. They arrived on time, were polite and aimed to please us. It is obvious that they take pride in their work. We asked that they preserve as much of our wisteria and hydrangea vines which were entwined in the existing rail. These guys worked hard to save as much as they could. It wasn't easy, but they did it for us. The installation is beautifully done, and they even made a suggested change to better accommodate my handicapped husband. I highly recommend Phase 4."

"Bill and his crew were nothing but professional, swift, and tidy. The original job posting was to fix a few shingles, but after Bill looked at our roof my wife and I knew it was time to replace it after putting it off for a couple years. However, Bill did provide us with quotes for both the whole roof or if we did the partial repair to the missing shingles. He did not pressure us either way, and when issues came up during the roof replacement that would cost more than the initial quote, they were only issues that had to be addressed to get the best life out of our new roof as possible.
