"After having my roof inspected by two other roofing companies, I hired Advanced Roofleak. Their pricing was competitive, and they offered a different type of roof replacement that avoided the old roof having to be removed. I'd never heard of their process so I researched it and discovered it was widely used, and was particularly advantageous to buildings in coastal areas of the US. Erik was prompt, the crew was great, and the cleanup was spectacular. My only complaint was that I had delays getting my call returned when a minor problem occurred. That said, Erik, Sr came out and took care of the issue. I've had no other problems. Would I recommend the company? I would, and I'd use them again if I needed any further roofing work."

"I have a flat roof. Four years ago, in 2014, Jordan put on a new roof. I also have a mansered portion of the roof which is basically decorative and covered with shingles. They did not replace this part as it looked to still be in good condition. Last week when we had a big rain, the roof leaked into the master bedroom. I was mortified. They came out promptly and determined that part of the shingled portion of the roof which I could not see was wearing out and allowing water in. Tim took pictures so I could understand what he was telling me. He managed to glue it together such that when it happen to rain the next day, there was no more leaking. He measured the area so that the office could estimate the cost of replacing that area. He said the rest of the shingled roof could easily last 5-10 years more. Since this was not part of the roof his company had replaced and therefore guaranteed, technically he wasn’t obligated to do anything for free. But he made this repair, no charge. This is one of those rare reliable reputable companies that rarely exist anymore. It is family based with the next generation taking on more and more so it is likely to be around for many years. I will always call this company first. One other note: Initially, I was reluctant to hire them to replace my roof because they are based some distance from me and I thought if there were a problem it might be hard to get them out. In 2017, I had a bad leak in the portion of the roof over the garage. They were on it and it turned out it was due to a clogged downspout which is the homeowners responsibility. They cleared the drain nonetheless, no charge."

"Rick was great! We had an issue where we chose the color of shingles we wanted and then when they started putting them on the roof we hated them! Rick had the guys stop. He took us to the material supplier and we picked out a new color. All with a smile on his face. About 15% of the shingles had been put down but they pulled them up and installed the new color. (Of course we had to pay the additional labor but it was worth it!) The guys Rick has working for him are professional and really hard workers. The job was done in less than 5 days even with stopping work because of the color. Rick went above and beyond for us! Thanks, Rick!!"
