"Rick was great! We had an issue where we chose the color of shingles we wanted and then when they started putting them on the roof we hated them! Rick had the guys stop. He took us to the material supplier and we picked out a new color. All with a smile on his face. About 15% of the shingles had been put down but they pulled them up and installed the new color. (Of course we had to pay the additional labor but it was worth it!) The guys Rick has working for him are professional and really hard workers. Brian, the owner of Zenith was at my house within 2 days and gave me a professionally prepared proposal. Brians proposal covered removing major portions of the cement tiles, replacing the underlayment with updated materials. The other proposal just spot treated the leaking areas.
