Used my ladder, said theirs were in the vehicle but saw them leave in a car so not sure how they had ladders. Part of scope was to remove and dispose of trash. Went out to put trash cans on street and saw boxes from what they installed on the side of my house. Other minor things that aren?t really worth mentioning. The guys are nice, in company t-shirt, and their installs have no issues, but putting everything into summary is that they are ok. "
