I got several quotes to have the underlayment replaced on a concrete tile roof. Joe matched one of the quotes but upgraded the materials he used and the workmanship involved. He will be at the job site and inspect the work to make sure it is up to his very high standards. After the job was done, I walked the roof to inspect the work. Every single tile had a crack chip or even a small nick was replaced. His no leak warranty was far better than any of the other quotes. While some were installing the underlayment felt sheets others were cutting and replacing the wood that needed replacing. The roof was done on the second day because there was great teamwork shown. They cleaned up any fallen materials and swept the area with a magnet bar to pick up any nails and staples. The area was cleaner then when they started. Highly recommend. "
