"Had covered front porch replaced (rotting wood pillars and fencing) and new front door installed. Wood on the patio fencing was a little rough, not sanded or anything, and there was a gap under the front door that wasn't present on the old door. I fixed that on my own with a rubber door skirt from the hardware store. For the price paid I am satisfied. No major issues, friendly, on time, and cleanup was good."

They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"The crew did a fantastic job with the exterior wood painting on my two story houseâ ¦.. way better than I was expectingâ ¦. They paid incredible attention to detail and the results show it. Painting is easy, but proper preparation is hard and time consuming . I have lived in that house for 22 years and had the exterior trim painted two separate times before this and was disappointed each time with the results. However, this crew completely surprised me in a good way. The masking and scraping and sanding and site cleanup afterwards really impressed me. I highly recommend them!"

"Zachs team was absolutely amazing! They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. I had 5 windows being replaced and there were a couple of large furniture pieces that I could not move alone. they jumped right in and handled it! When they vacuumed the newly installed windows,he even vacuumed under the furniture that had been moved! customer Service at its finest. "SavOn/Ivan came out immediately and tested the area in question. I had mold in my dining room ceiling, not airborne thank God; but mold none the less needing remediation. SavOn completed the remediation in about 4 days and were very thorough, professional and attentive. Taylor in the office and Ivan in the field provided excellent service. SavOn was a little pricey but not as astronomical as the other companies. My project is not yet completed due to a lack of funds on my part but the cosmetic repairs will be completed soon and I'll keep you posted on the progress. Angel A"

"I contacted them and described the job that I needed a bid on. We have a 600 square foot office with 3 rooms. We agreed on the price and time of service. He and I both arrived 15 minutes early and inspected the area to be painted. He noticed a  drywall crack and said he would make the repair and no extra charge. I left and came back late that afternoon to pay him. He had needed to apply 3 coats of paint as we were using a much lighter color than what was used before. The office looked terrific, I did not see any evidence of the wall crack that had previously existed. I asked him how much extra that would cost and he replied that he would honor his original bid. I gave him some extra cash as an expression of my gratitude. I have several work related needs for paint contractors and I plan to use him from now on. It's refreshing to find someone who is reliable and a great craftsman.

received 9 bids. Rene the owner of Express Roofing come out to quote the  roof as well. What he had to say compared what the other roofers had to say is why we picked Express Roofing. Rene went thru in details and explaned what and how he was going to do. Verses the other roofers were allot more vague. Rene had his pencil sharpened and ready.

There were a total of three people I communicated with during the process. After accepting and giving the"OK' to work I was contacted by a gentleman names Jeff "office manager". Very impressed with the commumication from Jeff. He kept me informed via email and always returned or  answered my phone calls same day for the most part.

The third person I had allot of contact with was Ricardo, ( Job foreman) I would get up in the morning (still dark) There would be Ricardo waiting for other workers to show up. Once able to see (sun up) Work begain, And didn't stop till dark. The crew cleaned up at the end of the day very well leaving no messes from previous day.  Very impressed!!

 The crew worked five straight day till completion. Workers very detailed and everything was done to my liking.

As for the "charge ups. (additional work that needed to be done on top of original bid) Very fair and worked with me.

Express roofing was not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive.

I have gotten bids for the above projects and he is always able to beat the prices on most every bid submitted by other companies. Plus, he is friendly, nice and trustworthy. "It was good.  He is perfectly willing to fix things that we have found.  The clean up was good and had a cleaner came to clean before we moved back in.  We were happy with his work.  He is working on our other house.  He was in line with several other bids.  He came up with a design that the other companies didn't mention.   We have been very satisfied with his work."
