"Scott and Matt responded to my request immediately and came out to check our water heater. Scott offered all options and recommended the cheapest solution: flush our water heater. Then he showed me how to do it myself. He saved me money, and he taught me in the process. Wonderful men to work with. I will be recommending them to my friends, and will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs. Thanks!"

"I'm very impressed with Mackenzy’s Plumbing and Drain Cleaning! Mack was so helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price quote and there were no hidden costs at the end of the service! The work was completed fast and it’s working beautifully! The customer service was excellent and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a highly qualified professional and honest plumber. I will definitely use them for any other plumbing jobs that I have. Thank you Mack for your service."

"Poor communication. Fixtures to be replaced were handheld shower heads. They asked me about what type of stopper I wanted but not shower head. Assumed I was getting same but no so they had to leave site to get replacement (decided to only do guest). They also did not explain how new shower head worked in master worked so when I called to say it was not working I was mansplained over the phone how it works. This told me they didn’t even test it while they were here. They did come out to replace it with the one they didn’t use but it also turned out it was user error (I wasn’t pressing hard enough because I was afraid to break it). They did a good job but if customer interaction is important to you this is not the company for you."
