The crew was punctual, arriving before 8 am every day and wrapping up around 4 pm. Despite the nature of roofing projects being messy, they did a great job of cleaning up each day, leaving the property neat and tidy."

"I have a flat roof. Four years ago, in 2014, Jordan put on a new roof. I also have a mansered portion of the roof which is basically decorative and covered with shingles. They did not replace this part as it looked to still be in good condition. Last week when we had a big rain, the roof leaked into the master bedroom. I was mortified. They came out promptly and determined that part of the shingled portion of the roof which I could not see was wearing out and allowing water in. Tim took pictures so I could understand what he was telling me. He managed to glue it together such that when it happen to rain the next day, there was no more leaking. He measured the area so that the office could estimate the cost of replacing that area. He said the rest of the shingled roof could easily last 5-10 years more. Since this was not part of the roof his company had replaced and therefore guaranteed, technically he wasn’t obligated to do anything for free. But he made this repair, no charge. This is one of those rare reliable reputable companies that rarely exist anymore. It is family based with the next generation taking on more and more so it is likely to be around for many years. I will always call this company first. One other note: Initially, I was reluctant to hire them to replace my roof because they are based some distance from me and I thought if there were a problem it might be hard to get them out. In 2017, I had a bad leak in the portion of the roof over the garage. They were on it and it turned out it was due to a clogged downspout which is the homeowners responsibility. They cleared the drain nonetheless, no charge."

After the initial signing of the contract the installation team came to the house the next day to walk us through their process, pointing out what will actually take place. The day of the repair, the crews arrived on time, had the proper materials, came with a crew who were all proficient in their positions and when finished, cleaned the area professionally. Later in the afternoon, the production manager came out to walk and inspect the repaired roof. He took photos, verified that the work was complete and had me sign off on the work. "I had a tile roof repair. We were concerned about some of areas that had water damage and wanted to be around the day of the repair to see if additional work would be required. They came out and provided a quote (2 hours late for the scheduled time) and a day and time was arranged when someone would be home for the actual repair work to be completed. The roofer showed up on the wrong day and completed the repair while no one was available and therefore we have no idea what damage was done or what the conditions were under the tile. I called the company and after almost a week have never received a call back. The work seems to be satisfactorily completed, but the customer service is horrible."
