It also included repairing the dryer vent cover to the outside of the house. He offered to repair the drywall but then decided upon a sealant that was much faster and better that repairing small holes where the pipes met the drywall in the laundry area. He even pointed out a problem in the laundry area that I had not noticed. He just needed a little prompting to balance the washer when the job was done.."
