"Amazing transformation of my shower. The wall marble tiles were sanded polished and sealed and now look brand new. The grout was cleaned, mold killed and removed and some areas needed grout replaced. What Guillermo did I didn’t think was possible. He and his assistant were nice, courteous and there was no mess left behind. His charge was very fair especially for the beautiful result. "

"It went well. The work is labor-intensive and relatively expensive, so we settled on just having the shower stall, tile around the bathtub faucet, and the grout around the sink and adjacent tile done, which were the worst areas. Julio worked hard and did a very good job (I gave him a B on quality, but that is due more to the age of the tile than Julio's efforts). He was very easy to communicate with, and even brought by an extra amount of grout touch up after the job was done, when I asked for it. I am happy with the results, and they have held up well during the past nine months."

"Bob was great! He removed the previous 2000 white grout (done by another company) that had replaced the 1989 tan-turning-brown grout. He applied sparkling white grout to all my countertops. He first came out to give us an estimate, and we scheduled a time and day for the job. He was on time for both appointments. He took special care to protect the "wooden" countertop borders, sink, and floor. The job he did was fantastic. There are no flaws and my countertops look great. He left us with a can of sealer to use after a few days, as well as instructions to use it. Bob was quite personable and professional; he was very knowledgable about tile and grouting, and gave us the reasons for and against types of borders, why caulking--not grout--should be used around the sink, etc."

They went through all the flooring and filled in all the missing grout as well as. They also were nice enough to provide information on how to keep my floors shiny."

"Chris showed up on time for the estimate and was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing me answers to some of the sealing questions I had about the tile and brick that I recently had installed by another contractor. He gave me a written estimate on the spot, and we were able to book an appointment fairly quickly given his booked schedule. Due to weather we had to reschedule, but on the rescheduled date of the work Chris' crew showed up on time. Chris also showed up to re-confirm the specifics of the job, and then his crew finished everything in one day. The work his company did on our brick looks amazing, and has made a marked improvement on the look of our brick pathway, driveway and firepit. His crew also cleaned and buffed (there's a more technical term, but I've forgotten it) and grouted some very expensive outdoor cement tile that had been sitting out exposed for several months. They look like new now!"
