"Roy and his team did a fantastic job on our fence!! We put in a full fence all around the front yard and the driveway. I wasn't totally sure even what I wanted at first or what would look best and Roy helped me figure out what my priorities were and made it a reality. He and his team were respectful and hard working and the fence was done in 3 days! He even heard that one of the days was going to be my twins birthday and he brought a small treat for them! "Job started on a Friday and extended into Monday due to difficulty of digging fence posts in rocky terrain. In addition, the gate ordered for the front was the wrong color. Later in the day, a new gate was fabricated and delivered but it was the wrong size. Unfortunately the job was not completed until Monday which meant we had no gate to secure our property over the weekend. Our job supervisor and his entire team were kind and professional. Would recommend even though there were some disappointing issues. No contractor is perfect every day."

"Mega Power was great! I hired them to go solar on my house and the solar analyst that came out was very helpful from day one. He was not just simply a sales guy he gave me his personal cell phone that I was able to call anytime if I had questions or wanted updates about my project.
My project was about 6 kW and consisted of 22 panels, each panel was 275 Watts. "After Christmas and after confirming a new coming member in our family, we decide to remodel our small kitchen, initially we planned it as  DIY project, but we decided to get some pricing from local contractors. After meeting several contractors, we finally met Mike from United Builders, we were very impressed how knowledgeable he was and how he really understood our needs, focusing on our request and providing advice about the best way to complete project.
Our main concerns were timing on completion of project and price. Mike was very insighful and provide full schedule for completion of project, he came with much less time that all other contractors (2 weeks). Price was in line with other contractors (we were pricing kitchen remodel only), however, Mike went beyond what you would expect and he included floors to entire house (except bedrooms) and a new entry door installation. At that point it was a no brainer.
Project started on time, since we added floors and entry door, timing was changed to 3 weeks. No need to mention, he finished in less than 3 weeks and we were very satisfied.
After we agreed to price, my wife loved how United Builders approached the design part of the project, you show to their showroom and pick whatever you want for your project, from cabinets, tile, countertops, backsplash, finishes, colors, etc. All of this with no concern later on getting push for more money, yeah! no gimicks! as Mike mentioned after they agree to price, doesn't matter if you pick cheap or expensive stuff, price is warrantied and you are free of preassure, you just focus on designing your place as it should be.
One comment regarding this project and I guess for this matter anytime you work with a contractor, you need to keep constant communication with them to avoid issues at the end, I cannot lie and say everything was perfect, but we kept constant communication with Mike and all our concerns were addressed 100%. Job was 100% satisfactory, it meet all our expectations and we already referred him to our friends.

"Awesome! I hired Rick even though he was slightly a little more ($100) than my other quotes because I was initially impressed with his professionalism. What I didn't know then is that he has an equally professional "Back-End" staff in the form of his wife.
In the 11 years that I have worked on my house and hired many contractors, I have never had the attention or the responsiveness that I have had from this team, and to me that means more than anything. They communicate, are prompt in replies and tech savvy. In my opinion I do not see how contractors can run a business in any other way, but they do.
If you are a woman and have ever had the misfortune of dealing with contractors that do not know what an invoice is, do not know how to use their cell phone, do not show up on the job, then Azteca is for you. I especially liked when I asked for some more finishing work to be done on the deck, Rick didn't hesitate and said he'd be back to do the work. No questions, no complaints. This is the very first time that this has happened with me and  ANY contractor.
His guys did amazing work, were here every day, came back promptly to do the finishing and did not leave a mess. I have finally found my dream contractor. When I get some more cash, I will hire Rick (Azteca) to redo my bathroom, my kitchen and my garage. Etc., etc., etc,.
