"Sliding door unable to move for years. Dexter was the only technician that came and was able to repair. He fixed some damaged wood. Change rollers and made a few adjustments. The door felt like new. Very professional, communicated thoroughly and got the job done. We have some window work to do and we will be having him back to do the work. I can’t forgot to mention his prices are better than every company I’ve ever had out to my home "

"Our technician was on time and sealed our storm door to prevent water from leaking in. He also fixed the lock and the screen door on our sliding glass doors making them finally functional again and taught us how to grease the sliding door so it runs smoother. Excellent work and completed in a timely fashion."

"My experience has exceeded my expectations. After a prompt response to my bid for a project, Noel reviewed the needs and started the next morning. He provided great counsel, solutions and completed the project in one day. We also had a faulty front door handle that he fixed without us asking. I would highly recommend FAMB Construction and we look forward to working with them again. - D. Smith, Bowie,MD."

"The door of one of kitchen cabinets broke free from head rail and had to be re glued. Bobby responded to the call immediately, came over same day, examined the job and quoted the price for repairs. Did a wonderful job of repairing the door. Replaced a part of the valve of the fill tank of toilet and made adjustments to the water supply to reduce the noise while the tank fills with the water. Bobby is very knowledgeable and highly recommend him."

"Not the greatest results - I have used this company before and been very pleased. They were pricey, but the quality of the work was worth it. This was not the case this last time. The technician cracked the door jamb in two places while replacing the door, left paint splatters on the floor and on the side of the door which was not supposed to be painted and messed up the handset on the door. He did repair most of these issues (the paint splatters I cleaned up myself with paint thinner), but since he worked by the hour I ended up paying for that too."

"I have a middle of group row house rental property in the city of Baltimore. In October the Baltimore housing office inspector failed the inspection for two reasons: 1. Needed an exhaust fan installed in the bathroom of the master bedroom. 2. Said the folding doors of two closets were coming off track when the doors were opened and closed. After the exhaust fan was installed I needed ceiling drwayll repair in the bathroom and whatever needed to be done to the two folding closet doors so they would not come off track when being opened and closed. <br /> I do not live in Baltimore so I was looking for a contractor that would do whatever including parts and labor that was needed to resolve both issues before the housing office conducted the follow up inspection. The first contractor wanted me to have someone pick up the products that were needed and said both folding doors needed to be replaced and wanted me to buy them and even asked the tenant if she could go to the store to pick up the doors. I told the contractor that I could not use his services. <br /> Before I contacted the first contractor I had thought about contacting Valazquez and Son. So I contacted them to replace the initial contractor. Mr. Vazquez went to the property and according to the tenant was very courteous and congenial. He fixed the ceiling dry wall in the bathroom and provided all the items needed to complet the work. He also cut off an inch or so on the bottom of both folding doors and used itmes to secure them so they would not go off track. I did not have to buy new doors. This was all completed in a couple of hours. The total charge was $250. The next day the Baltimore housing office conducted the 2nd inspection and everything passed thanks to Mr. Valazquez so I continue to get my rent check. For any new actions I need I will make Mr. Valazquez my first call. <br />"
