"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered.

We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in.

After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. It has added several additional months to our porch usage in our short Minnesota summer seasons. I highly recommend this product for any new screen porch or porch renovation job!"

"Installation was fine and their product worked to a point. Because of its design the screening at the bottom and top is not attached to anything. It didn't take long for our dog and cats to push through the screen and escape. If you have no small children or pets the product would work to keep bugs out."

"Our experience with Mitch was what everyone hopes for. He came for an estimate to replace a patio double door and frame with a sliding door, and explained in great detail why the original install was failing, what needed to be done, several options to solve the problem, and that he is an advocate of "best practices". Due to his busy in-demand schedule, it was many weeks before he could actually complete the job.
Once on the task, he was very careful to minimize impact to our existing structures, and to our own daily schedule. He was also careful to maintain an organized worksite with clean-up at the end of each day. The finished project looked as if it had never been any different ? it blended right in. His awareness of "green" issues and trying to minimize costs in general was important to us. He's very courteous and informative. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

"I had them install new gutters and replace a door with a window.  Over-all, they did good work and no complaints.  Like all service today, it was more than I anticipated but seemed to be in line with the other competitors.

"They are terrific. I absolutely love them. They will be coming back in the spring to do my roof. The guy suggested that I get the work done in the spring. When he came out to do the work, he removed my back door and put siding on the outside. He finished the inside. He changed the bathroom door for me. He also installed a new natural gas, tankless water heater for me. He was just terrific. Even the people, who worked for him, were outstanding. He also did a panel in the bedroom. They were all fantastic. He knows that I am a widow and has come back out several times to help me with my driveway. He was the most reasonable. I spent over $3000 on the job. He did excellent work. He is such a nice person. You will feel totally comfortable around him. He explains everything he does. He and his crew go out of their way in doing their job. "Excellent work. Bid and project scoping phase experience were excellent. Price was very competitive, relative to other contractors. I am still amazed that a 20' x 20' wood deck can be demoed, excavated and base material set, pavers and walls installed essentially ready to use in less than 5 days! Shane and crew are focused on the job and have good attention to detail. Being new to pavers, Shane provided excellent advice on our original design, to add a perimeter wall and off patio location for our grill. Both have enhanced the space."
