"Hilton Auto Transport operates like all the other companies. They are brokers that find truckers to move customer’s cars. The trucks are not their employees. The way this industry works is your broker posts the job on an online bulletin board for drivers to see. They take the job if it fits their schedule and meets their financial needs for the trip. The broker is paid their commission and the rest is paid to the trucker directly. Usually bank check or cash upon delivery. We wanted to move a car from the San Francisco area to WV. We had no takers for a week. This was not the fault of Hilton. Truckers seem to be afraid of WV. We changed the destination to a spot in VA that was only 20 minutes away and got an interested trucker the same day. In this industry, you are at the mercy of where drivers are headed. They try to make a load that will be delivered in a cluster for efficiency. You work directly with Nichole and she was good on the phone and tried very hard to find us a truck that would go to WV. We were not in a hurry and we had back and forth emails for a while before we signed up. Once we committed, she was great. Very up front about our particular situation and responded to phone calls. Their commission was reasonable, especially compared to many of the other brokers. The trucker we got turned out to be friendly and very efficient. The entire process was easy once we changed the destination to VA. All in all, we would use Hilton Auto Transport again."

"Our septic system kept backing up into our basement. We had several plumbers out and received lots of different  views. They were trying to convince us that we needed a new system. Feeling like we were not getting accurate information, we finally stopped calling plumbers and decided to call a contractor. Michael came out to take a look that very evening. He sent us our septic plans from the county, plans another plumber said they checked for and they did not exist. A few days later he installed risers so that we could see what was happening. He dug up the tank and installed the risers, it took several hours and he only charged us $400 to do it. Each time the other plumbers came out to see what was happening they charged us $250 just to run a camera down the drain. No digging and it took about 15 min. <br /> We waited the rest of December and most of January for it to back up again, and it never did. We are convinced Michael has the magic touch and the problem seems to be done! <br /> He then came back and installed a new water softner. We opted to ask what he recommends and without pushing and just giving us the info we chose one of a higher grade. That was about $900 for the softener and installation, and well worth the money. We are very pleased with Michaels work and even asked if he would be interested in other projects we have. He walked around with me getting info to redo our bathroom and providing great ideas that I had not thought of. Though we have not yet started that project yet, we are positive he will do a great job. You can see that he loves what he does and really takes pride in his work. We can not wait to get started on the next project!"

"We called on Tues afternoon, and someone was here on Wed afternoon.  This is AMAZING considering we live in Fowler, and, usually, getting someone to come this far -- well, it just doesn't happen like that.  They diagnosed our problem -- a broken sewer pipe in the basement -- and collected a deposit, promising to have it fixed by Fri.  At 11:30 on Fri, a different set of workers returned and worked for an hour and a half.  When done, we had a completely replaced sewer pipe from top to bottom -- even going down under/through our foundation and for several feet into the pipe that runs to the city sewer.  Before leaving, they promised to send back the original crew from Wed to be sure we didn't also have a clog.  We did.  A little before 4:00 (on a Fri afternoon!), the guys came and cleared the clog, making sure everything was draining properly before they left.  We are so happy to have the problems fixed, and we can not say enough good stuff about Ike's! <br />"

"Matt Hesler filled cracks and sealed my my driveway in the fall of 2018. In December, I noted that the seal appeared to be gone. By June, it was apparent that while the cracks remained filled, the seal coating had washed away. I contacted Matt and sent him a picture of the drive. June was a rotten month because of all of the rain. Once we had a dry spell, Matt returned, at;ologized foir my problems and resealed the driveway. We surmise that the earlier seal had not fixed either because of temperature or rain. Without argument or excused, he fixed the problem. Talking with other customers, I learned that my problem was unique - they all were very satisfied. I think that you really learn about a contractor by how they deal with failure. Matt did the right thing."
