"Within the last several years, this is the 4th time we've had Action Appliance come out to service our appliance needs - once for our washer, once for our dryer, and twice for our oven. Each time - from scheduling to repair - they've been honest, pleasant, helpful, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also keep detailed records, which they review prior to performing any repairs, and they have never tried to "sell" us on something we didn't need. I have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so."

"Russ is very knowledgeable and fast. He was quick to fix the oven and had several parts with him as well. Though he's not the cheapest, I won't try to bargin shop these specialists when it comes to gas appliances."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"The technician came out to assess and repair my dryer. I truly appreciate the fact that he took the time to properly evaluate the issue rather than simply rushing through the service. His willingness to assess the problem was greatly appreciated, and I’m thankful for his professionalism and honesty."

"Moses did an excellent job with the repair and maintenance of our fridge! Would definitely use Appliance Smart Repair again!"

"Service was great. I would have liked for the part to come in sooner. It took a day and a half."

"Henry called back immediately regarding a refrigerator repair and scheduled an appointment for next day. Repair technician was prompt and thorough. Parts were ordered and refrigerator repaired within a few days. Very professional organization."
