Phone calls were responded to as if the company would be out to fix the problem, but they never came after multiple requests over 7 weeks' time. In addition, surplus heavy supplies were dumped on our property and left for us retirees to lift and remove from a difficult area instead of them removing their surplus supplies themselves. We had paid additional fees of $400.00 for help removing other items from the property. They knew this was a problem for us."

"Daniel from Bravo fence came on December 2nd to give me a quote for the job. He provided me the quote onsite. Later that day we set the date of the install as December 16th. On December 15th I received a text asking to gain access to the property to "remeasure". Via the text I found out that Daniel was no longer with the company and they needed to verify the measurements. I asked via text if there was a problem with making the installation visit and never received a response back. I waited at home for the installation team on the 16th an no one showed. I called to find out that they were not coming for the installation because they did not have the product. I wasted time off work at home needlessly. Over the next few days I had to call the vendor no less than 3 times to find out when the installation would be rescheduled. Finally a date was set as December 28th. When the installation team arrived on the 28th no one spoke English. They did a nice job with the installation overall, but the customer service at Bravo is not existent. From all the calls I made there I only received one returned call. I never received an apology for not being able to make the first installation date. All that was said was they had to follow up on all of Daniel's jobs. Clearly that is not my problem or fault related to my waste of time waiting for the installation. When I called after the job was completed saying that no one spoke English, there was no apology again. No customer service at all!"

"Came right on time everything works great. The opener does not come with any bulbs. They did put 1 courtesy bulb ( 2 sockets available). I would have rather had the offer of paying for the second bulb rather than a trip to Lowes to buy the second and get a ladder to put it in. Speaking of that ladder save it to start the New myQ technology. It requires you to climb up to the motor to press buttons to connect to the internet ( after a 15 min on hold with liftmaster 8550 support) Instructions are not on the web site. (Would suggest having customer set up account with liftmaster using serial number so it is ready when install is finished. Then technician could do the wifi hookup like they do for the wall plate code. Love the motion sensor to turn on the light when I enter the garage. Haven't tried the internet or app yet-waiting for my ladder."
