Pictures of the repairs were sent during each phase of the cleanup and repairs. Couldn't ask for better communication. All repairs were done by the company employees of ADVANCED ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES. No waiting for subcontractors for days or weeks on end. I received quotes from 4 different companies, and their quote was the most reasonable. When the project was completed I was pleased with the professional work with a guarantee they would come back free of charge if any mold reappeared. "Byron and Justin did a fantastic job of a total renovation of our beachfront family condo. This is a shared property by 3 families. We are all out of state ( OH/IL/CT) . They were good at communicating with us throughout the project, even though we were only on site at few times during the process. They listened carefully to needs and made great design and product recommendations. This had been our parents condo and had not been updated since the 1970's. To say it was a time capsule is an understatement. Although it was impossible to increase the size, they did an unbelievable job of making the space feel much larger by removing walls. They gave us ceiling lights and fans, which other contractors had told us was impossible. And, they increased our storage space, allowing each family their own personal storage space in an eye pleasing cabinetry and built-ins. I only wish we had taken before and after shots. In the year since the project was completed, each family has spent a few months living in the space. The transformation is amazing and all three families are more than pleased.
