Chip was easy to communicate with, quick to reach out, easily reachable, showed up on time, and completed all of the repairs to our drawers that had gone off track and/or had bad rollers, in addition to doors that needed slight tweaks to latch, close or be reattached and exceeded my expectations. In Terre Haute over many years in attempts to help my parents with items around their home, I am used to poor quality service and people who do not show. I would call Chip again for another project or handyman service and actually already have one. You get what you pay for when it comes to work like this and feel that Chip charged me a fair price and it was worth every cent. I would not hesitate to refer him to another person."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

He showed me the receipts for the purchases and he was able to tell me a price up front. He did an excellent job. I was just really impressed. He also fixed the door latch. He always showed up on time and when he said he would be here. He went over just a little, only $10, but showed me how much he went over because of the cost of materials. I thought that his price was very reasonable."

They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. "It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"
