"Nice guys. Communication is poor. I paid several thousand dollars for new windows and not a year in and they already have a condensation issue and are drafty. I made multiple attempts to contact for warranty but I am being ghosted. No response to my voice-mails or emails. Last rep I spoke to said they would contact my "local manger directly".
