Overall, other than a few "they could do this better" items, the quality, the accuracy, the value, the helpful support team, and the easy installation of my 7 motorized solar shades all point to 5 stars. We followed the measuring instructions carefully and received shades that fit each space exactly as I expected. Installation itself was easier than traditional shades using the solid brackets they provided. Questions I had during installation were answered promptly through Chat. The remote control was a bit of a challenge, so be patient if you bought a multi-channel one and have lots of shades in your room. And for some reason they don't tell you this, but you must have a remote for your motorized shades. The app alone isn't enough. Our only minor gripe is that determining how solar shades look at night was just a game of inference. It would be very helpful to have an online tool available to create your own scene, which includes shade color, indoor or outdoor, and time of day. Even samples don't help much more. Still, I'll return to them when it's time to take care of other rooms. We did this project for 2 to 3 thousand dollars less than big box store quoted us. It was a cinch."
