"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"From the initial consultation with Scott Brennan to the installation of the final lockset with Pete, the general process was relatively smooth. We love our new entryway door and cannot thank Pete enough for realigning our back patio door. The ease with which we can now open and close all of these doors is miles beyond the aggravation of trying to close a misaligned door. That alone made our decision to choose the Brennan company over others the right one. Many other companies would not even consider realigning a door without replacing the whole thing entirely. "Marina Bay construction installed Hardi-plank on the exterior of our 3-story house in Bayou Vista. There were some additional repairs including rotten plywood that needed to be replaced before Hardi-plank was installed. The finished product looks great and passed all Windstorm inspections by the state. I will use Marina Bay construction in the future for any repairs/renovations."
