"Jeff, & Tim are the people to call, especially if you need a bat exclusion done. They made sure every single bat was gone before they collected the final payment even though it meant coming out 4 to 5 times. They were very fair with the pricing, especially since bat exclusion is very expensive. They explained the process in great detail, so much so that it made us realize that the other company who quoted us would have illegally removed the bats, keep in mind they’re federally protected, & we the home owners could have gotten in trouble. I would recommend them to anyone who needs animal removal. Their warranty was such a good deal we even signed up for pest services. Melissa contacted us two weeks in advance to let us know when our first treatment starts, and they’re a local family owned business.
