"Absolutely without a doubt the best. Unlike, John Moore, Who wouldn t give a quote, Magnolia quoted $189.00 to inspect, seal outdoor entries and set traps. They will come back in 10 days to check up on their catch. Also, along with that price, they give a 90 day warranty against ANY other pest items, such as Ants, cockroaches etc. INSIDE OR OUTSIDE!! If a company won t quote you over the phone, don t hire them. They will try and UPSELL you when they arrive."

They also sanitized my attic and added 6â of pest control insulation over my batted insulation. I can tell a huge difference in my heating and cooling.
