Mike was prompt and responsive on bidding the job, and explained the implications of the changes I threw at him. Drew and the team were very diligent, and worked hard to keep us informed about what they were doing. The quality of the tile installation is the best I've seen. Working with a large format tile, in a diagonal set was complex, but every joint is level, and even. They also replaced all of our baseboards, and these look great too."
